Gadgets are great. Some can organise you in ways previously unrealised. Palm did just that with some of the best, easy-to-use, and attractive handheld gadgets. From the PalmPilot to the well-designed Zire and TX series Palm produced class-leading products. But they weren’t so because they were the best. No, simply because they did the job in an uncomplicated way.

There isn’t a great deal more to say, the iPhone is fantastic. But like the Newton, Palm has been losing its relevancy for some time. Here’s to gadget nostalgia.
