Back from the Wilds

After a long hiatus, we’re back…

Summer was brief, even considering the poor weather. Brand, business development and marketing were very busy and the studio more so. With the rise of social networking (if employers don’t get the IT departments to block Facebook and friends) there has been a lot more activity mining customers and prospects.

Audiences are increasingly cynical; less persuaded by mass market reaching. As such advertising and marketing are having find more intimate ways of connecting with the public.

Yes it is hard to define success in column inches or readership and audience figures. Still success can be measured. To do so we just have to borrow some of the same technical backbone that drives these social sites to gauge interest and awareness. This is just one of the many things we work very hard at making possible. Web-based technology allows us to gather a lot more detail about a campaign than ever before. There is a lot less guesswork involved.

Anyway (as they say) the blog has returned. Three months with no posts is poor, apologies. Comment and opinion are back; just in time for Autumn. Thanks for looking.
